To start a return, please email support@moddo.io. Returns are only accepted for unopened kits and products within 14 days of receipt (or 30 days from shipment for international orders outside of US/Canada). Orders valued at $300 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as the original shipping costs. All returns require receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Limited Warranty

All moddo products come with a 30-day limited warranty beginning from the date of delivery. We warrant that moddo products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during this period. If a defect is confirmed, moddo will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the product. Note that for 3D printed shells/bodies, slight surface variations or texture marks may appear on certain areas. These small visual differences are a natural result of the manufacturing process and are not covered under warranty.

This warranty excludes any damage resulting from accidental damage, incorrect handling, unauthorized repair or modification, or use of non-moddo batteries. Only moddo batteries are supported; use of third-party batteries will void the warranty, and moddo is not responsible for any resulting issues or damage. The warranty does not cover wear consistent with normal use, aesthetic variations inherent to additive manufacturing as mentioned previously, or loss of the product.
